Scientific Workshop Registration
The fees indicated below are relevant for the Scientific Workshop late registration during 1-10 May 2022. Please note that registration closes on May 10 2022.
When completing the registration form below, please indicate in the fields “Address” and “VAT Number/ID Number” the details of the individual or organization the invoice is issued to. Also, in the field “Additional information”, please specify whether the invoice will be paid by individual or organization.
General Assembly Registration
General Assembly (GA) is open only for Eurachem members. In the registration below please indicate whether you intend to participate only in the General Assembly or both, the Scientific Workshop and the General Assembly.
*Information on invoices and refunds:
The payments shall be settled via the bank transfer based on the invoice issued by the Georgian Laboratory Association. The citizens of Georgia will pay the participation fees in Georgian Lari according to the exchange rate valid on the date the invoice is issued.
If the cancellation is made:
• Before 5th May 2022 - 20% cancellation fee will be charged (note: the bank commission fees may also be deducted from the remaining amount).
• After 5th May 2022, no refunds will be offered, however, replacements can be made on request.
